| The Pediatric Anesthesiology Foundation, designates this educational activity for a maximum of 15 category 1 credits. Each physician should claim only those hours of credit that they actually spend in the activity. 2009 Conference attendees should be aware of current procedures for obtaining their CME credit. Attendees must complete, sign and return a CME documentation form to record the sessions that were actually attended. Signing the form also functions as verification of your attendance at the meeting. Forms that are not signed will be returned. To comply with current policies of the ACGME and the American Medical Association, the Pediatric Anesthesiology Foundation will award CME certificates noting the actual number of hours that each physician participated in educational activities. Certificates will be sent after the meeting. |
